This is another rooster we have but we dont know the breed, can anyone help?

He's most likely a Black Australorp. Are the bottoms of his feet white?

the bottom of his feet are pale but im not sure if they are white or not

If his feet are pale and whitish, he's an Australorp. Otherwise, he's a Jersey Giant or a Java.

No, I don't think so. Black Marans aren't all that common, and Marans usually have feathered legs (unless they are the English variety).

we already have a black australorp and his tail feathers are really different.and he is too small to be a jersey giant or java
