Okay, I am laughing and irritated by turns, shaking my head.
I dont generally leave anything outside, just out of habit. I truly wasnt thinking of someone walking off with a item.
Well, I had the rake for cleaning up the dog pen inside the pen leaned up against the side of the laundry room door. Today its gone.

I HAVE another one and this wasnt expensive, but thats not the point.
I would never even consider lifting the smallest thing from someones yard. It isnt mine and I have no business to it.
So, from now on the rake gets put inside the laundry room or porch.
Good thing the dogs werent out at the time, it would have ended VERY differently....but they probably wouldnt have had the nerve to approach the house then.
I teased with my kids that I have to rake the dog yard tomorrow, darn it, they could have taken the poop along with the rake.

Ridiculous...someone lifted my hubby's chainsaw off our back porch a couple months ago. Nothing else, just the chainsaw...

When anything goes missing at my farm I blame the geese.... and I'm often correct to do so.

Just the other day, they unwired my stock trailer, which I had just entirely rewired about 4 weeks ago.

Anyone who steals a RAKE must be worse off than I am!

Well, someone stole a ladder outta my boss's truck the other day... And some one stole my hammer (yes, my tools are well organized, I caint stand stuff layin around everywhere, I like to go and get what I need quick, not spend 5 hours lookin for it... Guess I learned that from my Uncle K!) and a trailer hitch. Some folks are just dumb as dirt!
