This is Minnie, what’s wrong with her skin?

This is Minnie, one of our Silkies. She’s never had a massive fluffy head but lately she’s become more and more “bald”. No injuries, no pecking that I can tell (she’s at the bottom of the pack of three bantams), no bugs crawling on her… her ears are also a dull blue, not the bright blue they used to be. She does not free range and is broody right now. Is this a nutritional thing? The “baldness” wraps around to her neck under her chin as well.

Looks to me like shes being pecked by the other chickens. I have a cochin/silkie mix that looks just like that but I have roos and shes a favorite.
