This is my bantam chicken. She is 21 weeks old I believe but we don't have a red comb yet and is not laying. 2hqy aged does the comb turn red please.

Just like human girls as they mature into women (typically sometime between 11 & 16 years old), the timing of the sexual maturity of a chicken is also in God's hands.
You can expect her to mature any time between 6 months to a year. You will notice her comb turn bright, glossy red typically up to a month before she starts laying.
