This is my bantam chicken. She is 21 weeks old I believe but we don't have a red comb yet and is not laying. 2hqy aged does the comb turn red please.

Sorry what aged does the comb turn red also she is quiet nervous around people if anyone has any advice that would be helpful. Is it possible she is not as old as I was told

Just like human girls as they mature into women (typically sometime between 11 & 16 years old), the timing of the sexual maturity of a chicken is also in God's hands.
You can expect her to mature any time between 6 months to a year. You will notice her comb turn bright, glossy red typically up to a month before she starts laying.
