This is my first time having chicks.

Does any one have any thing to tell me about raising baby chicks
I'm new to this so do you have any advice ?
im new to this sight.

i have the brooder and stuff ready all ready though.
no need to worry about that

. like is it normal for chicks to peck at everything?
When do they need to come out the brooder?
Do chicks hhave pecking orders and how can you tell?
How long can they eat instant oatmeal and after tha what do i feed them?
and finally.....WHY DO THEY EAT AND POOP SO MUCH?!?!

i have 10 chicks.
