One button quail egg hacthed today and I found out about it by seeing the male quail dragging it around the aviary! I ran inside and held it and blew some arm air onto it and it's moving a tiny bit and trying to breather! It breaths with its mouth open so when it gasps for air its mouth opens! Its eyes are closed and it has some blood over it right eye and head but doesn't look too bad! Could I save it? I put it in a small box rapped in socks and have a heat lamp over it! I aso prepared some sugar water but I don't think that it can drink because it only uses its mouth to breathe so I don't want to drown it! Please help this is my first ever button chic and I want it to live!
