I'm thinking pullet. The pattern is off since it's dark over light. Sometimes you can tell early a light brahma cockerel by the length of the pattern from the neck down the back.

I'm sticking to pullet!! lol
 
Here's mine at 8 or 9 weeks... hardly any comb. Their combs aren't much bigger now but they are redder now (they are 5 months). Mine are hens. I know they take awhile to mature.
