This is supposed to be a whiting true green hen from mcmurtay

Now I'm asking because they're about 4 months old and I ordered two hens but they sent me a hen and a rooster (he's crowing already) this one I'm nervous about. I think it's a hen but idk about the tail.

Have you got a few more pictures? Because that looks like a roo to me, but having such a pink comb isn't normal. I'd like to also see more of a side view. If you already have one roo crowing, this roo could be a slow developing roo - sometimes they will slow down on their development if there's already a dominant rooster around - it's a defense mechanism to live with the flock longer. I see saddle feathers, possible hackle feathers. Also male specific red on the wing bows. The saddle feathers and male specific red on the wing bow are definite signs of a roo. Also, whiting true green only have single combs, so I don't know what's going on with this one. I'm questioning the amount of dark/black feather coloration and green/gray legs - those are not typical for the breed. They could have sent you a Whiting true blue by accident - everything I see would be correct for a Whiting True Blue cockerel. I know you're hoping for a hen - if you have a few more pictures that would help us be super certain.

Sorry to say it's a cockerel. The long, skinny feathers at the base of the tail are male specific. The uneven, darker red on the shoulder area is another clue.

In case you are wondering how people are so sure, these feathers are what we mean when we talk about a cockerel getting his saddle. His neck will have the same type of feathers. If you look closely, they are quite a bit different from the body feathers around them -- long, narrow, glossy, and with pointed tips.

Once you know what to look for, you'll be able to tell easily at this stage.
