We got egg yolk yellow on clearance for $7 at menards also made me wonder who wanted exterior gloss in that color (aside from me). Really nice and sunny in my coop now! I love the clearance rack too for this stuff.

I not only bought one quart of Home Depot lavender oops paint...I bought a second gallon of a different shade of lavender.

We used it on the interior of moms new garden tool shed. She LOVES purple and lavender and picked out a different shade before that we paid full price for to use in a guest bedroom.

At 87 if she wants a purple interior tool shed...why not. After all she is stuck with the pukey green color I picked for the trim. Her old house is white siding, pukey green trim and her favorite purple purple on the doors and window sashes. The pukey green shade was because it had to not clash with the yellow fire brick chimney or be a green anyone of the 3 neighbors houses used (sage green-forest green-blue green)

Mom has spent several days admiring that purple.

(oh and my dad had picked out that pepto-pink for the bathroom)

Cute! :-)

My half price paint was a lovely fire engine red that turned out perfect for my new feeder.

I guess the pink and lavender "oops" colours might have been for a kids playhouse? Or supposed to have been interior paint and they tinted the exterior instead?

I really like the idea of green added for camo look. I couldn't stand just pink. I'd probly of opened it and took it right back. lols

Didn't know I could get cheap mislabeled paint however. Very cool

Your younger child- are you sure you didn't steal genes from my son? If it wasn't for the older girl in the picture I'd swear that was my son about 15 years ago. Same hair, posture, everything. And he absolutely loved pink then. People always though me strange that I'd dress my red headed boy in pink- problem was he dressed himself. At almost 21 he's given up the pink but his stunning red hair that now comes halfway down his back makes girls really jealous.
And kudos to you for letting them paint it themselves.

. Paint will wear off those "extra" surfaces and the kids will grow up way too fast.
