This just came out of a duck - what is it?

Any ideas what this is? Another duck owner sent this to me. She has three Welsh Harlequin females in a urban setting. They have a fenced in back yard, the ducks forage in the back yard daily and are fed a diet based on the recommendations of Tyrant Farms. I found they were getting a lot of artificial light at night because of street lights, so I recommended giving them a darker living space at night for a longer period of time to help prevent the frequent laying that was happening (multiple eggs in a day). I haven't heard from her in a while, so I thought things were improving, but she had another incident today where one of her hens was egg bound again. She was in an epsom salt bath and this came out of her. It almost looks like two unformed eggs that are bound together some how? I'm just so perplexed at this point. We've never had issues with our WH ducks in our area. Is it a nutritional imbalance?

The hen that passed that probably has salpingitis. Is a vet an option for your friend?

if she still appears healthy maybe putting her on an antibiotic just to see if it helps?
