I'm surprised S.510 "Food Safety Modernization Act" hasn't gotten a lot more press. It's potentially as significant as NAAS. Currently it has an amendment on it makes it apply only to facilities over $500,000. Please call your senators. This like the health care bill is a "vote for it and then find out what it will do."
