This little guy or girl is confusing me...

Hi everyone! Not sure whether this is a boy or a girl. I was adamant it was a girl until this week when it started looking like it had a roo head! He or she is 15 weeks old....the thing that confuses me is the tail. The other boys all have pointy tails (that's right isn't it?) and really red faces whereas this one has a stumpy tail with no points but no curves either and has only just developed wattles and comb whereas the other boys had them ages ago! Any ideas? I think it's a mixed breed...it seems to have that polish look going on though with the spikey hair! He or she is called Ozzy lol.

I could be wrong, but it looks like a pullet to me. I don't see any rooster feathering (pointed saddle and hackle feathers, etc.), and the shape/general appearance is pullety.

That's great. Thank you so much for your help! I'm glad I asked now as the boys are being rehomed and I had a real soft spot for this one so it's a relief to know I'll be able to keep her. Sorry to be a nuisance but have you any idea about these two? I'm also sure they are boys (although I've been wrong before)...the completely black one has no distinctive tail feathers either but it's had wattles and a comb for quite a while now. It's also far bigger than the rest.
