Looking at the white chicks in the photos. Should I expect most of these to be boys? Brahma roo with various egg laying breed mother's (Australorp, barred Rock, Brahma, orpington, rir, etc). I definitely do not understand Brahma combs! They're 6-7 weeks old, their combs are not large, but they are quite red. Is this level of red in the comb indicative of cockerels?

I can try to guess on these, but they are tricky birds. I also suspect some of them to be mixes. The one you added more pics of seems to have some barring, similar to what a Delaware has. It doesn't look to be just columbian like a Brahma. Where were they from?
