This much red is all boys?

Looking at the white chicks in the photos. Should I expect most of these to be boys? Brahma roo with various egg laying breed mother's (Australorp, barred Rock, Brahma, orpington, rir, etc). I definitely do not understand Brahma combs! They're 6-7 weeks old, their combs are not large, but they are quite red. Is this level of red in the comb indicative of cockerels?

Also shown, from the same hatch and parents, is a barred cockerel next to a white chick in question next to a black with white neck accents that I'm pretty sure is a pullet. For comparison.

They're at a tricky age right now. In a week or two you should be able to know for sure. Could you get individual pictures? I believe this one is a cockerel, others I'm not sure. Brahmas are difficult birds to sex

Perfect! They are still a bit young so if it takes a ton of effort, might be better to wait a week or two I can try to guess on these, but they are tricky birds. I also suspect some of them to be mixes. The one you added more pics of seems to have some barring, similar to what a Delaware has. It doesn't look to be just columbian like a Brahma. Where were they from?

I would definitely not jump to conclusions! Mine took quite a while to be clearly their respective genders. I just looked back at pictures of mine at that age and they really weren't able to be sexed well, especially my Light Brahma. I think at 8-9 weeks you'll know for sure. Before then there is definitely room for error! Yours in particular are throwing me for a loop Reminds me of last year when I was struggling with my own What I would look for now is for any combs that are more "built-up" like the one I pointed out. Sort of like the comb is clearly above the feather line. That's the only subtle cue that the cockerels showed and some didn't even develop that yet
