so i ate the first quail egg i ever got last night, never really worked with them to much even being a chef. much to my surprise i cracked it open and it was a DOUBLE YOLK, first egg ever laid...double yolk....
if that wasn't enough, i get free range chicken eggs from a friend of mine, saw a rather large one in there and said to myself "that has got to be a double yolk" so i cracked it open and BAM, double yolk....
this has GOT to be good sign for my quails
