This newbie needs help

Hi! I'm new to BackYardChickens and I know that someone will have the answer to my question. I have three Buff Orpingtons that I added to my flock. I bought them as pullets. Here's the problem. One of them has leg feathers. Also, after reading a few posts I think they're probably Buff Rocks. That aside, I still am puzzled by the leg feathers. Thanks so much for helping me out with this...

I'm not sure what your question is.... But your feathered leg hen could be any number of breeds. Perhaps a buff colored Cochin? If you could add some pictures and post them in the 'breeds and genetics' section, you would probably get some great answers.
