Poop alone isn't a cause for concern as long as the chicken is behaving normally and eating well. But keep an eye on the poop as well as the chick's behavior.

Has the chick only been in the brooder and not outside on the soil?

What has the chick been eating, including all treats? Is the brooder still heated for all chicks during the day?

I take her outside everyday, I only give baby crumbs to her/he.

It looks like some orange intestinal shed which can be normal on occasion, but if you see more of those, I would get amprollium, Corid, or Coxoid, and treat for possible coccidiosis. The white is urates or kidney waste. She looks like a he to me.

he pooped it this morning too. Is he growing the right way? he is 41 days old.

They look pretty good in size. If they have had at least 18% protein Chick Starter...always available, they grow fine. The afternoon sun and excercise is good at this age, as long as there is shelter from wind and other critters including pets. A little probiotic in their food can help as digestion adjusts to outdoor snacking.

Do they have buddies? Chickens are flock animals...and will be happier with other of their kind. If it is a boy, in a month or so when crowing begins, you may need to find a farm for it where he can express his full Chicken self. ..especially if you are in an apartment or a city. I have a few Cockerels to re-home now in Portland. Loveable Chicks regardless of gender!
