This poop doesn't look right HELP WE HAVE A BIGGER PROBLEM IT SPREAD

I found some poop like this in the chicks little run yesterday. I thought okay, a one time thing no big deal. I found it again this morning in the coop. They all have been acting normal. Eating, drinking, and running around. Here are some pics of the poop. Any suggestions would be helpful. Would it hurt the chicks to give them Sulmet? They are 1 1/4 months old. Btw I have only seen this the last 2 days.

it looks orange or is it red like blood? if orange then maybe they ate something out of the ordinary?

Can 1 month old chicks have Sulmet???

Corid is easier on them then Sulmet if you can get it. Any other symptoms?--hunched up, dirty ruffled feathers, lethargic, anything??
