This seems like a silly question, but is this a rooster?

I think I know what your answers will be just wanting confirmation before going back to the person who I bought the chickens off.

So I picked up 3 new "girls" on Monday. One of them looks like this https://imgur.com/a/UwwHY

I was told she was an Araucana x Polish plus something with extra toes like Silky or Dorking. I asked about the large coral comb and she said it was just a trait of one of the breeds. She said she could be a bit noisy and that she laid white eggs.

The other 2 I got lay a blue egg and a brown egg. So yesterday when I collected 1x blue egg and 1x white egg I assumed the white one was from my large combed friend so all good.

This morning I see her doing this

Is she/he clearly a rooster? I'm guessing to be sure I can wait a few days and see if I ever get 3 eggs in a day. But I also feel like that seems to be a pretty obviously rooster thing to do so I should act quickly to take it back to the seller.

It is not unheard of for hens to crow... but this is more likely an indicator of a roo! Can you send some more pics, especially of his/her tail and saddle feathers? It will help to make the distinction. Don't feel bad about getting roo's instead of ladies though... I ordered 5 dominique pullets this spring (They were almost twice as much sexed) and yet got 4 roosters and one hen! It happens, but I would expect sellers to be a little more well-informed of what they are selling people, for your benefit and mine!
