This silkie is showing a roo hand early, I think

I know silkies are difficult to sex, but it seems this one is easy. Is there any way possible that this isn't a cockerel? This bird is 4 months old. He's (?) about twice the size of our other silkie the other age who looks very pullet.

Looks like a roo. He should start crowing soon.

Its definetly a cockerel. Even silkie pullets and hens that are a couple years old never get a comb that size. plus you can see streamers.
