This tiny girl

We picked her up randomly at the feed store and she was labeled fancy tail. I was thinking Pheonix because she is so small. Any ideas?

A nice close up of HIS feather pattern. That is clearly a young cockerel. Short tail feathers+developed comb=male. A girl would have no noticeable comb at this age and it would be pale in color not pink. Interesting color though.

One thing though... He's tiny and seems to be a late bloomer. 10 weeks in this pic.
