Those irritating flies!!

In the last few days my coop has suddenly become flies heaven I have heard all kind of tricks on here but my family who lives in the south (where I live also) put water in clear bags and hung them everywhere it kept the suckers away!

Does that really work? I just grabed a fan to try to clear out the coop while the girls are out in the yard... Water bags would be easier to keep going if it will work.

@cheekiechickie it worked for me! Of course there are still a few flies but most of them are gone!

I would try to eliminate the reason I had flies...

I had the same problem and read on BYC to put a vanilla scented car air freshner in the coop. I did and it worked - smells good too. I also use vanilla on my temples to keep gnats, no-see-ums, etc. away from my hair. Works extremely well.
