I'm so sad that I can't eat duck egg custard. Not from lack of duck eggs, mind you, but because I have recently found out the hard way that I am allergic to them. So I will have to pass on the custard and just hatch my duck eggs. [IMG] At least I can console myself with ducklings.

I can eat chicken eggs in moderation, thankfully. I never had an issue with eggs until I started eating duck eggs. Weird, huh? The rest of my family can eat them, however, and we sell them, too.
