a person hides either in trees or overpass or some sort of obstruction and throws a handful or bucketful of shelled corn upon a passing car and runs and hides, it does wonders on a paint job kinda like hail.... BTW where did you folks grow up and live now, it is common here in Indiana to either have done it or fell victim to it.....

In Florida we call it (Thumping), get some green oranges. (Any way you can.) Then go park in the woods or near an overpass and throw at passing cars. Try motto break the windows. Or would do a drive-by someone's house you didn't like and thump it. This was done alot around homecoming against rival schools. (We owned our own orange groves before the freezes killed them off.) The other big time to do it is after harvest, pickup the half rotten one to throw. Major time spent cleaning a car, truck or house then. This was over 30+ years ago.

You don't here of it around here anymore with all the groves killed off by development and freezes.

Shooting anyone with a paintball gun is treated the same as a real gun when used outside of the sport. So yes you can an people have... Some teens were doing "drive bys" with one not to long back an found out the hard way.

I think that is rather stupid, unless the law was written in the instances of using a paintball gun in the commission of a crime. Because at that moment you don't have time to ask is this a real gun that looks like a fake gun or the other way around.

So is throwing a bucket of shelled corn on a passing car! I figure if you went home smelling like a skunk and had a paintball mark on you more than likely you not going to risk killing a driver and his passengers by scaring him to death ever again and if the cops are called I doubt the driver would get so much as a ticket because the "evidence" would still be all over the road even if an animal would come by....

It was just a funny thought.....wouldn't have a clue how to actually do it. Would be nice thou.... Could think of a lot of uses for it......Hehe

Dont laugh it sounds good.You need a patent so the idea isnt stolen.
First i would look up stink ball for preditors on google.if you dont see anything like that then today send a letter to yourself with the plan in it and dated and mail it to you so it has the USPS stamped date on it. Then dont open it when it comes .At least you could prove you had the idea first.

Online there is some websites that offer to get your patent for you .All you need even look up if there is something like it. They do it ALL. but trouble is cost about $5000 total to get your beginning patent but maybe you can find it cheaper than i did or thru a town lawyer not intenet.
Site i went to for my idea was a well known site but cant think of the name lawyer.com? I dont know. (Mine was already thought of.)
Dont laugh the simpliest ideas make the most money.....YOu know .POst It Notes?, Ebay? Allwere just a simple idea someone wanted for themsself and look at them now.GOOD LUCK!
