Sure thing, I hope you enjoy your chickens! My neighbors are close too, at least on one side. They were pretty skeptical but we haven't had any issues. They can be loud when they lay their eggs but it never lasts more than 5-10 minutes and it isn't any more obnoxious than a barking dog. My neighbors were concerned about feathers and smell-no issues there, at all. And I haven't even bribed them with eggs, yet
