Thoughts on these for first flock?

I haven’t placed the order yet so changes can still be made.

I live in a suburban neighborhood that allows up to 6 hens. My lot is about .43 acres. I live in Minnesota, so winters are super cold. Looking for friendly, quiet, hardy layers. Thoughts on these?

Looks pretty good to me. But here are the experts: @Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive @azygous
 
Those look great for a starter flock. There's a nice mixture/variety of birds in there, and that's including eggs. Is there any qualifications that you are looking for though?

My son (13) wants friendly chickens he can pet. For me hardiness, noise level, and being good layers are a priority. We can’t have a roo, so broodiness is a concern, especially with those Orpington. I’d love to have a green, brown, blue layer, but temperament,etc is more important than egg color.
