Thoughts on this coop?

Pretty new to the chicken game. I've been looking for a good coop that would be appropriate for 5-10 hens. I was considering this Overez coop, but reading bit on this forum makes it seem like that's not such a good idea. I found building plans for a somewhat similar coop with a run (see links attached below). I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before, or if any of you more experienced than me have any thoughts on it.

Yep, the first coop is only big enough for 8 birds at absolute max.
The videos you found are nicer and are going to cost the same or less.
It looks like a straightforward build
