Thoughts on this coop?

Pretty new to the chicken game. I've been looking for a good coop that would be appropriate for 5-10 hens. I was considering this Overez coop, but reading bit on this forum makes it seem like that's not such a good idea. I found building plans for a somewhat similar coop with a run (see links attached below). I'm wondering if anyone has seen this before, or if any of you more experienced than me have any thoughts on it.

Thanks in advance for any input or advice.

Yep, the first coop is only big enough for 8 birds at absolute max.
The videos you found are nicer and are going to cost the same or less.
It looks like a straightforward build

Coop Build
I have an Amish neighbor who does a lot of construction work. He built this coop on wheels (6x8x6 interior size) for $3000. It is insulated for winter use (Minnesota winters are brutal). I built the pvc pipe cage that I later connected to the coop. My advice is to get one custom built for your (and your flock’s) needs. I have 15 regular sized hens in it. The cage is staked into the ground by 8 long u bolts. I also put out coon traps

I've been going back and forth trying to decide whether I want to build the coop so that it has a door I can walk through, or build it off the ground a little bit with a door that I can lean into, but not walk into the actual coop. Does anyone have experience or opinions on that decision?

For cleaning, a coop you can walk into is easier so you're not crawling around.

I have the Third Coast Craftsman plans, and they're very very nice and detailed. The only thing I disagree with is his corner roosting setup. Those walls are going to get covered in you-know-what.

I also strongly agree with @nuthatched about building a walk-in coop if you can manage it. I have to belly flop around in mine to get it clean. Needless to say, it's been a very humbling experience for this germaphobe.
