The crow cawed loudly at her and flew away, back to the kingdom from where it came.
 
"If you wish, but understand the risks involved. I will send Bedros over with you if you do." He answered.

Bedros rocketed out of the palace and soared behind her. The crow took a dangerous dive, trying to lose her. He flew through the gate of twisted, dead trees, and into the city.

Soldiers opened the palace gates just enough to let the crow in, and they slammed it shut. The crow could be heard snickering quietly as it flew away. The soldiers pointed poisoned spears at Halia as she flew closer, threatening their attack.
 
"Leave our territory, or we will use force!" Shouted one of the warriors. The other pushed him back. "She may have something of importance that she must tell us." He said to him. He looked back to Halia, "What do you want?"
