Well, I set 12 more Marans eggs this morning and apparently my Nankin Bantam hen decided she needed to set some eggs too. She went broody on me Sunday and is currently sitting on 3 bantam eggs and whatever else eggs she has stolen today.

So far I'm 6 for 16 with the turkey eggs and 4 for 15 with the chickens. I think I've got one more chicken pipping, but I'm pretty sure the turkeys are done. Frankly, it's the worst hatch I've ever had, but these are my first ever shipped eggs so I'm trying to be philosophical about it.

I'm joining this posting late. Have a staggared hatch with chickens and one duck egg. All the chickens that will hatch happened last weekend.

8 out of 12 shipped BCMS and 5 out of local 'I dont know what they are' eggs. I cant wait for ducky to hatch. I'm so ready to clean out the incubator. It's getting pretty smelly in my livingroom.:/Good luck to all of you

I will be putting 5-6 BBS Project Orps and 6 of my own Buff Orps in lockdown on Sunday at noon.

Hatch date 4/6

Monday I'll put 25 BBS and Lavender Ameraucana Bantams in lockdown, due date 4/7.

Then after that I have Olive Eggers and LF White Ameraucanas.
