Hey everyone! I've got three beautiful guys/gals that need a definite answer to whether they're male or female (because that tells me whether they're staying or not).

Two are Delaware chicks, and the other is a Black Australorp.

First up:

Second:

Third:

Not as good pic on the australorp because she/he kept turning a lot and running around. Her name is Luna, but would have to change if its a guy.....

Danke for all the help!

Alright, we have 22 birds in there now, with 6 cinnamon queens at 2.5 weeks old. And 6 guineas to be added soon. So we may be losing a boy here because there may not be enough females around. Thank you for your help and any advice or thoughts are appreciated

So that'd be 25 hens between 3 roos?
Not unheard of, but may be best to only keep 2... plenty of time to find out... boys that grow up together usually can live together fine... you could always try keeping them and after finding out if they wear out the virls too much, make a cut then...

That's right, 25 hens for 3 roos. As long as none of the queens are roos of course.... But it would be a little rough. They get along fine now, initially the two Delaware chicks had a sparring match, but otherwise no fighting from what I've seen.

Boys usually tend to be friendlier as chicks... no biggie... sparring is normal, they'll go through a bit of that to determine who is top roo... as long as there aren't injuries or bleeding it's good to let them work it out... :)
