Please help!

Year old Plymouth blue, wasn't eating grubs. While holding, she first has clear discharge, then what looked like a yolk, and then three deflated balloon like structures come out.

I got her as a young pullet, she lays oblong and double yolkers when she does lay, however she mostly lays very thin shelled eggs while she roosts for the night that break open when she lays them.

A month ago she had a really bad cold, wasn't eating, coughing, rattling in her lungs, she was all fluffed up and her tail drooped. Nursed her back to health with humidifier, eucalyptus essential oils, nutri drench, grubs and organic layer crumbles. She's been free ranging for the most part since she got better. I've had them in the last couple of days after we seeded some grass

I've been dosing their water with nutri drench, they get black soldier larvae, organic scratch and crumbles.

What can I do to help her?

Her reproductive issue could be related to the respiratory problem she had. Infectious bronchitis is one that takes hold and can cause reports damage before it leaves them.

I do think that matter is concerning looking, though. And I’d be concerned about a possible infection in her tract. Was there a fowl smell at all coming from it?

There is no smell, vent is a very healthy pink.

Slice those thing in half lengthwise and take more pics.
Yellow one came out first, the really long one and the smaller one were rolled up almost together. They're both looking like they have some egg white inside, and a tiny white lump.

Out of my eight hens only my three Plymouth blues got sick with this one, her name is Sybi falling ill first. She had it the worst. I have two Easter eggers, one Rhode island red and two olive eggers in addition to the three Plymouth blues.
