Lol, thanks everyone

The black hen, Brick, went to the vets 3 days before Christmas with a suspected respiratory infection. She had an anti-inflamitary & antibiotic injection and seems to be on the mend. Sadly we can't eat her eggs for 5 days and she works so hard to make them

Still, only 2 days left and she's sounding much better!

The vet struggled to clear an area for the needle, she has so much fluff!

Yours are really, really nice looking girls. They could cluck in a French accent and nobody would know the wiser....
