Thanks for all the info. I am definitely making changes. I had stopped free-ranging them after first attack, but they are picking each other bald and I decided to try it again, since the fox had not been seen or caught with trap. I guess i was hoping someone else had done him in. My run for each flock is obviously not big enough (8 birds in a 10 X 13 dog kennel), but I can't make it bigger at this time. I will be checking into some cheap options for a enclosed area during the day, like a tractor. Thank you all for your suggestions, any additional would be welcome!
