three hens - ONE layer...HELP!!!!

hi - here is a little back ground...

i've had my bantam for one year and she was/is a great layer..then i got her two more hens for friends and built her/them a snazzy new coop. the new hens are now 8 months and the black and white one lays an egg everyday like clockwork, the bantam stopped laying about two weeks after the coop was built and the easter egg hen has not started anything at all...i'm at a loss - any comments?????

the coop is plenty big and they all seem to get along just fine. they roam around for a few hours a day too...i feel worst for my little banty, she must be stressed or something????!!!

any help is greatly appreciated...

Prolly just the time of year. That's the way chickens are. Wait til the days have lengthened somewhat and see what happens.

I would say that it is from the shorter days. Give them some time. I choose not to add light and give them the break that they need.
