Three hopefully minor problems

I have a year old BPR and a bunch of things are going wrong in her life.
-2 months ago she started losing feathers on her head. Her feathers have not grown back. On close inspection, no mites were seen. BUT she has a few red specks on her head where she has no feathers. Are they cuts are just the way her skin looks
- My mom saw her slip on a board the other day so today I washed he feet to examine them. She has what looks like a few little cuts on both feet they are slightly pink around the edges.
- She almost always has her beak open. Is it just because she is hot or something else?

do you have a roo? he could be pulling her head feathers. but after they go so long without feathers in a spot sometimes they wont ever grow back. the spots are probably jus spots and nothing to worry about. always having mouth open is because she is hot.chickens cant sweat so they pant like dogs. she needs shade and maybe a small pool (big dish) of water.some birds like pools some dont. the cuts on her feet are nothing to be concerned about as long as they are small and not infected. she may be scratching in a place with sharp rocks or something like that.
