I found three of these insects (the image below) inside my hen's body. It looks like a fly. Do you know what exactly it is, and why it is inside her body?

Is it dangerous?
What should I do?

Oh btw I bathed my girl, they were all removed.
But today I found another one!

There are pigeons that come from outside to eat with my chickens, could that be the reason?

No it is alive, when I hold my girl I can see it, but it is so fast I can't removed it until I bath my hen.
