I have three leghorns, all hatched the same day, raised together. One of them likes to cluck often and loudly at times. Today one hen was quietly feeding, another was in the box laying. This one was walking around the run when she let loose a torrent of squawks scaring the one bird and then she runs into the coop to click at the one sitting on the nest. Is she just letting the others know who's the boss?
