Three week old chick has bleeding feathers

While giving my chicks some outside time to peck around in the grass, I noticed one of them has some bleeding tail feathers. None of the others have seemed to notice and no one has tried pecking at it. It’s covered by her wings most of the time because of where it’s at. Should I address this or leave it be?

Maybe one of the chicks did this. Or could it a predator like a cat have done this? , another chicken?

No chance a cat or any other animal did it, their brooder is in my garage and this is the first time they’ve ever even been out of the brooder. They haven’t ever really seemed to pick on her. It’s certainly possible one of the other chicks did it, but I’ve never seen it. I’ve been sitting with them watching them for over an hour and haven’t seen the first one mess with her. Should I put anything on it to try and prevent any of the chicks from seeing it and potentially messing with it?

I have no experience with wounds like this. I know you need to disinfect the wound to start with.
