Three week old still with very limited ffeather development, should I be worried?

BunBun at 10 weeks feathering out over body but still no tail feathers. No wattles but generous comb....male?

BunBun today at 4 months. Thank you to those who put me at ease regarding his tardy feathering. He seems to have caught up with others near his age just fine.

Thank you. He is such a shy boy. He hardly ever sticks his lovely tail up and shows it off. I had to use my hand to get him to do so for the pic. He also has some really long and blond hackle feathers.
