I miss having a beagle puppy around, our beagle is turning 6 this year.

Thank you! I think they are quite adorable as well! Such a variety of markings, no two are the same. They are a lot of fun, but a lot of work too. Last night I took Annie for a walk (about 20-30 minutes) and came home to find Ophelia had figured out how to get out of the whelping pool! So I think the fun is just starting. Today is wash day, well with puppies every day is wash day but I was lazy yesterday so both the blankets for the pool where dirty. So they are spending the day in the exercise pen with a thick layer of puppy pads and a large fleece fabric piece laid down to keep them from peeing on the floor. Seems like they pee all the time! DH and I are afraid to hold them without a towel as he got peed on by Rosie the other day. Gotta say it was kind of nice when they only peed and pooed when Annie licked them! She still cleans it up, but pee soaks in so quickly!
We will start with the feeding next week. No reason to add that mess just yet I don't think as they are doing great and growing nice just nursing from mom.

Wish Brawny would do more then just sleep and eat though, I swear the only thing I know about his personality is that he is lazy! It's no wonder he is the biggest, when all you do is tank up and then nap you are sure to grow!
