Thrift Store Shopping for bargains

I am an avowed Goodwill aholic! I go to the shops nearest the nicest neighborhoods. I have gotten some real steals! I got a Versace cocktail dress in my size (fits perfectly!) for $7. I have essentially no where to wear it, but for $7 I was willing to have it hang in the closet until something arrived!!

I also got a pair of Ferragmmo shoes, cute but not my size and sold them on ebay for three times what I paid for them....

I get all of my kdis clothes there and at the second hand kids place. We have two Once Upon a Child and Kid 2 Kid. They're both great.

I love finding a bargain! It's like a treasure hunt.

I look for used fish tanks. Dont matter if they leak. I use them as brooders. Or homes for my button quail. Sure beats buying them new.

I love to find good deals on books.. Our library does two big book sales a year..

Ebay can be pretty good for bargains, too. I was in the market for a purse, but didn't like what I saw in the stores. I found one online and liked the style. I hadn't ever heard of the maker (Cynthia Rowley), so I looked it up. Her purses are $400-$600 new! I got mine for $50. It appears to be authentic, and came with a 'dust' bag and make up bag. It's a really well made, nice purse, and will last me for years to come.

I like shopping at the Salvation Army. But here in town thereis a local church that has a thrift store and I can get the best bargains there for the whole family.

One good find that I got here was about $60 worth of elastic for $12. Good deal I think. I always find nice things here.

Went to the SA and got a 25 quart Coleman cooler, great condition for, $2.49----they cost $25 at Dollar General.

I always shop at thrift stores, always.
