Thrift Store Shopping for bargains

I have been shopping this way for over 20 years, even as a teen i would buy secondhand stuff...why pay full price and used is just as good without the price tag...

I've been shopping at thrift stores for so many years, I couldn't possibly name all the bargains, but a few that come to mind:

2 high-quality chair-and-a-halves for less than $20.00 each
a Kitchenaid bowl for $2.50
a like-new wool blanket for $3.88

I've gotten many books, videos, kitchen items, and many yards of fabric.

Love shopping the Thrift stores, any and all,
I found the hard back st of books of Shirley Temple all six. for 6.00
also the Shelly winters book II, but cant find
her first book. I am a movie buff.so if anyone finds one I will be glad to buy.LoL
also found for 5.00 a beautiful craft, barrows sweater.
.and a few pie tins for my ladies..for their treats.
I was lucky that day came home with by arms full.LoL

Oh I forot about the deal I got right before our 4th was born. I needed another dresser for the kids room and got a kidscraft dresser w/changing table top and matching side dresser for $35 total. They were in perfect condition. I only needed to replace the changing pad on top.

I always look for canning jars.

One of my fav finds was a DescoWare trivet from the '40s.

Another fav find was a whoel bunch of Starbucks mugs that I bought for .25 and sold for $10-25 each. Gotta love ebay.

We just picked up a brand-new, still in the box hammock for our deck at Goodwill for only $50. Usually, those things are $150-$200.

We are going to the flea market this weekend. I looooovvvvee flea markets.

I went to the thrift store yesterday. I got 13 t-shirts, 2 pairs of jeans, a pair of new shoes and a bag of (nice!) yarn for 13.00. I was really happy with my haul.
