Could it be hemorrhagic syndrome?
Had to remind myself what that was, & I don't think it's fatty liver Disease, she was one of my better weight birds.

One Buff Orpington we butchered did have mild fatty liver, & huge amounts of fat, & a small amount of fluid that came out of her abdomen with the incision. But she was a bully, aggressive hen, so I guess she got alot of the goods.

Gotta rush to clean the brooders. People are coming out to install basement flood pumps Tuesday, so I gotta clean the brooders on the 19th, then get the feed, & bedding the day after, cuz I have Turkeys hatching on the 25th, so they'd arrive within two days of the hatch date.

I put my Heritage Plymouth Barred Rocks in the mixed flock coop(The Rooster kept wanting to beat up my Rooster Dino) about a week ago, & they've adjusted really good. The Heritage Plymouth Barred Rock got slapped around by the Alpha Malay Goliath a few times at the very beginning, now he's part of the flock. I like when introductions go smoothly.

I think it's big enough for the Turkeys. It's big enough to brood 100 chicks.

I can put the coop up, & start breeding soon. Just gotta pick a good day to build it, since we got a little bit of basement clean up that's gotta happen first.

Had some professional foundation fixers come out, & install some submerged pumps to prevent anymore flooding.

Our chicken number count has been decreased to 57, since we butchered, plus having to put down the sick hen.
