Throwing fake eggs out of the box

I have pullets that are getting ready to lay and they are doing the same thing with the fake eggs but they are also throwing out the real eggs that the older hens have laid. We just integrated 3 black sex link with 3 rhode island reds. Frustrating to say the least. I am not sure what to do.

My chickens do that also. I have 6 barred rocks and they always keep kicking the fake eggs out. Although I have 2 nesting boxes, they all use only 1 of them.

Thank you. I figure once all the new ones start laying in the boxes I will just remove them.
