Throwing up watery white goop

Ok this is day 3 of this coming out of both ends of my Barred Rock hen, Sesame, today she started losing feathers and she has been laying around all day close to the house. I checked her crop first thing this morning and it was soft and fairly empty. I tried giving her coconut oil, won't touch, tried yogurt, won't touch. She did eat a little bit of meal worms and bird seed. Any advice is welcomed. I did have a Bantam Cochin that had chronic sour crop and had to wear a bra, so am familiar with sour crop, but am wondering if Sesame may have sc but is reacting differently.

How old is she? Dose she live with any other chickens? Was she vaccinated as a chick and has she been de-wormed recently? What do you feed her? Dose she free range? Any other symptoms?

That looks like diarrhea in the picture. Does she lay eggs? Does it look like any egg material in the poop? The white material is urates from the kidneys. You can take a tsp or two of the coconut oil and refrigerate it for 10 minutes. Then chop it into small pieces. Most chickens will peck the chunks and eat them.
