Tibia Rotation - HELP

Is anyone familiar with tibia rotation and what to do about it. My 1 year old Brahma Roo's (Lucy - we named him prior to discovering he was a roo...poor Lucy) leg began twisting inward about 2 weeks ago. It hinders his walking to a certain degree but he manages to get around okay. I am fairly new to "chickenhood" and am not sure how to stop the progression. The only thing I could find on-line is to cut back on feeding. All of my chickens (13) are free range and I feed about 6-8 cups of scratch and occasional table scraps. What should I do.

I have no experience with this other than hearing it can be caused by a tendon moving out of position. Apparently there are ways to roll it back in place, you'd need an experienced owner to advise you.
