Oof. If she's got a android somewhere she could probably get the APK file and manually install it on a Android, but if it's a iPhone, there's no way to really do that.

as a teen i think tik tok isn’t the best for other teens my age because i feel like most days teens are literally scrolling their life away and i think that’s kinda sad. i also think it causes a lot of teens and other people to have low self esteem as well. i do agree tho that tik tok is a main source of income for a lot of people. i’m not allowed to have tik tok or any other social media but i think there’s definitely pros and cons to it.
