What a neat thing for you to do! How about a Scavenger Hunt? Questions about BYC, BYC members (only information that could be found from their sig lines, avatars, etc.-nothing that isn't readily apparent by looking at their posts), miscellaneous chicken information on breeds, colors, diseases, etc. Contestants would have to answer all of the questions correctly. In the instance of a tie, there could be a tie breaking question or you could look at the time they posted the response.
