Time from internal to external pip? When to candle again?

So this is my first time. These eggs are early. Last night around 6 pm noticed that a chick's beak in the air cell when I was candling, didn't realize so far along. Heard it chirping last night and this morning. But no external pip yet. From everything I researched I can't tell if it should take this long. I can be patient and don't want to disturb the baby. But, at what point should I candle again? That was about 18 hours ago.

I made a safety hole for a couple of my internal pippers after 24 hours or so. If you just make sure to make a tiny hole at top center air cell. Away from their beak. They should be fine with oxeygen to do the rest on their own.

Thanks! I've read it and am still kind of confused. It's our first time incubating. So, later tonight, I should candle again if we don't see anything and might have to make a safety hole? Oh boy!
