Time Limited Turning Quail Eggs

Hello, please may someone help me. I made homemade incubators using styrofoam boxes, I would need to open the lid to turn my quail eggs. I would need to turn about 300 eggs. How much time would I need to spend doing this without the temp fluctuating too much? Or would the temp fluctuation not been an issue too much?

Your eggs will be fine with the lid being off while you’re turning them.

In my personal experience, I can have the lid off for up to 15-20 minutes while I turn eggs and I do not lose any significant hatch rates.
